Provided aerial topographic and boundary surveying, site planning and environmental permitting for a 133 acre residential condominium development containing 319-unit utilizing subsurface wastewater disposal techniques for an A.D.F. of 125,000 g.p.d., with 4.9 miles of sewers and 48 pump stations (this project is the largest in the State of Connecticut utilizing subsurface wastewater disposal techniques.)

An elderly housing development containing 189 attached dwelling units. The first phase utilizes a D.E.P. approved septic system. The completed project will be connected by a pump station to the town sewer system.
