Performed soils testing, design, permitting, and construction observation for a 650 student middle school. We also prepared all necessary documentation for the permitting of two existing subsurface wastewater disposal systems on site. We also performed all site engineering and documentation for inland wetland permits.

Designed a new subsurface wastewater disposal system for an expansion of an existing elementary school. Procured, on behalf of the school district, all required Department of Environmental Protection permits.

Prepared all boundary and topographic surveys, site planning, including site grading, storm water disposal, sanitary sewer design and erosion control for a 45-unit elderly housing development.
